Let's Hurry Inside!
It's fun to show property to prospective buyers. As you stop in front of the house you are about to show . . .
The reactions sometimes are priceless. It's the first peek as to what they might find inside. Staging starts
at the front door. See if you think these would wet your appetite to Hurry Inside to explore the rest of this home.
This front entrance with the yellow door framed by the black shutters has a little of
the unexpected.
The contrast of concrete planters with the beautiful white flowers
against the shiny black front door is fresh and inviting choice
This entrance would make your little heart pound to get inside. The lovely
detail of the oversized concrete slabs framed with lush grass.
We did this technique for our patio - and the softness underfoot
is just very lush and inviting.
A check list for your front entrance of your home. In the active growing season
mow the grass often. Freshen all shubbery with fresh bark, and a little hint, if at
all possible before a showing take the garden hose and wet down your bark/mulch to make
it fresh and rich looking. You'll be surprised how nice it will look. Trim all bushes and tree limbs hanging on the roof. Make certain all debris is picked up and all dead
limbs, flowers have been removed.
Have a great day and perhaps the buyers will be back for that second look!
