A check list for your front entrance of your home. In the active growing season mow the grass often. Freshen all shubbery with fresh bark, and a little hint, if at all possible before a showing take the garden hose and wet down your bark/mulch to make it fresh and rich looking. You'll be surprised how nice it will look. Trim all bushes and tree limbs hanging on the roof. Make certain all debris is picked up and all dead limbs, flowers have been removed.
